Effective June 29, 2020, the bus terminal will be open to the public for in-person ticket sales. There will be no cash transactions at the bus terminal, debit card payment is the preferred method of payment. There will be no indoor customer seating. There will be a maximum of 5 customers allowed inside the terminal at any given time. Customers will be allowed into the terminal at platform C and platform J. Accessible entry will be allowed at platform D and platform I. Public washrooms are not available. Bus terminal hours will be 7 am to 7 pm weekdays and 10:15 am to 5:15 pm on weekends.
