Starting Monday, June 21, 2021, West St. Catharines and Port Weller East TransCab customers will begin transitioning to the new St. Catharines Transit On-Demand service. On-Demand will pick you up in the current TransCab zone and drop you off at a bus stop in the drop off zone. All TransCab rides can be booked up to 24-hours in advance, by downloading the St. Catharines On Demand app or through the website.
A small St. Catharines Transit bus will pick you up. If you are transferring into the fixed route transit network, please be sure to ask for a transfer. Regular transit fares apply. All buses are accessible.
On-Demand coverage will increase as COVID-19 bus capacity restrictions are lifted.
